Live, instructor-led classes, 9 AM to 4 PM host city time, remote or in person. Every student builds a model and receives a certificate of completion.

Payment

Training is due in full before the first class day. Consulting is invoiced Net 30.

Changes and cancellation

30 or more days before class, move your seat for free, take a credit, or cancel for a full refund minus a $500 deposit. Inside 30 days, tuition is non-refundable.

Buying questions

Can we pay with a government purchase card?

Yes. We accept government purchase cards for seats and invoices. Tell us when you request your quote.

Can you send a W-9 before we issue a PO?

Yes. Ask for it with your quote, along with anything else your vendor setup needs.

Can we pay after the class?

Training is due before the first class day so your seat is held. Consulting is invoiced Net 30.

Do you offer group pricing?

Yes. Groups of 8 or more get a group discount, whether they join a public class or book a private one. Request a team quote and we'll include it.

Can a prime subcontract to you?

Yes. We team with primes as an advisory subcontractor, with defined teaming terms and a published rate schedule.
