Cameo is the most popular tool which runs the Systems Engineer's modeling language, SysML. It also has the capability to run other languages such as UML and UPDM.  While there are several softwares which exist, we prefer Cameo because it is the industry standard, they come out with updates frequently, and can thread to other domain specific software suites in order to share data.
